A few years ago, before opening his own concept, the owner worked with different food brands and kitchens across the area. Each experience helped him refine his seasoning, improve his techniques, and understand what people in Tallahassee truly enjoy when it comes to Mexican food.
Over time, customers began to recognize his cooking for its bold flavor, generous portions, and consistency. That feedback became the foundation of what would later turn into El Sabor Mexican Kitchen, a place created for the local community and inspired by real demand.
